Congress Date and Place

National Lung Health Congress NLHC-2021(HYBRID Congress) with International participation will be held on October 07-10, 2021 at Susesi Luxury Resort Hotel, Belek Antalya with simultaneous participation and online participation via www.uask2021.com

Language of Congress

The language of the congress is Turkish and simultaneous translation will be provided during the sessions with foreign speakers.

Badge

Badges will be given to all registered participants and accompanying persons. In order to ensure the order and security of the congress, badges must be attached to all scientific and social activities.

Congress Registration

Registration desk; It will be open from 07.30 to 21.30 on October 07-10, 2021. The name badge, congress bag, participation certificate and meeting documents can be obtained from the registration desk.

Secretariat Services

Your application for secretarial services will be answered through the information desk at the congress center.

Certificate of participation

Participation certificates will be given electronically to all participants who register to the congress. You can send the participation certificates to your e-mail via the kiosks to be placed at the registration desk in the congress center or you can request them from the secretariat after the congress.

Scientific Program

Scientific sessions of the congress will start on October 07,2021 and will end on October 09, 2021. The scientific program can be followed simultaneously on-site and online.

Lending

NLHC 2021 - National Lung Health Congress will be accredited by TTB-STE / CPD Accreditation-Crediting Committee.

Invitation letter

The invitation letters of the congress will be sent to the participants via the Congress Secretariat. Central permission letter will be written to institutions employing a large number of physicians. Such invitation letters may only be used for permission.

Papers and Awards

In accordance with academic incentive and associate professorship applications, our congress is planned as an international congress, and if full texts of the oral presentations to be presented in our congress and full texts of speeches in scientific meetings are sent after the congress, they will be published as a full text online proceedings book.
All papers will be collected via the online notification system on the web page. Those selected by the evaluation jury among the papers and posters accepted to be presented at the congress will be awarded prizes.

Exhibition Areas

During the congress, a large area was reserved in the hall and foyer of Susesi Convention Center in order to exhibit their products in the fields of medicine, medical equipment and books. It is requested to carry the congress registration badge at the entrance to the exhibition areas. In addition, our sponsor companies will be able to take an active part in the online congress system if they wish.

Coffee Break

During the congress, tea and coffee will be served from the congress center foyer and stand areas.

Lunch

During the congress, lunches will be served as a buffet at Susesi Luxury Resort Hotel main restaurant.

Sightseeing

Sightseeing tours before and after congress can be arranged upon request. For this purpose, a tour desk will be established in the congress registration area. Tours can be done in two different forms as private one-person tours and group tours. At least ten people are required to register during group tours. Transfer Information

Two way airport transfers between Susesi Luxury Resort Hotel and Cornelia Diamond Hotel - Antalya airport will be provided free of charge to our participants who provide flight information. Please contact OCT Turizm for private transfers. Please note that if you notify flight changes 24 hours in advance, the transfer will be considered.

Cancellation Policy

Regarding registration and refund of accommodation fees;
Full fees, if notified by July 30, 2021.
From July 30, to August 27,2021, 50% of the charges will be refunded.
Cancellations received after August 27, 2021 will not be considered.
All refunds will be made within 1 month after the end of the congress.
